Key Features & Benefits

FuelXpert Energy-Saving Technology
- - Smart Trimming: Equipped with advanced FuelXpert technology that trims engine power to match current air usage, slicing active fuel consumption by up to 15% under partial load conditions.
  - Optimized Efficiency: Ensures the engine and screw element operate seamlessly together at their peak thermodynamic sweet spot.
Rugged All-Weather Canopy & Sound Insulation
- - Industrial Silence: Encased in a fully sound-dampened, powder-coated steel enclosure that lowers on-site noise levels to comply with residential and inner-city noise caps.
  - 50°C Ambient Limit: Features a top-mounted muffler and a heavy-duty cooling fan matrix, enabling stable running in high-heat zones up to 50°C.
Premium Towable Flexibility
- All-Terrain Mobility: Engineered onto a rugged, lightweight single-axle chassis configuration.
- Easy Transport: Features an adjustable tow bar and balanced weight distribution, meaning it can be quickly hauled by standard service trucks to remote job sites.

Where Can It Be Used?

The final application depends on the compressor’s confirmed pressure and airflow capabilities. Potential use cases for a suitably configured mobile diesel compressor include:

Construction projects: Supplying compressed air to compatible pneumatic equipment.
Industrial maintenance: Supporting temporary work where a fixed air supply is not available.
Infrastructure work: Providing mobile compressed air for suitable site operations.
Contractor and rental fleets: Serving projects that require transportable equipment and planned servicing.

For drilling, blasting, or other high-demand applications, verify the required pressure, airflow, duty cycle, and connected equipment specifications before selecting this model.

FAQ

Is the XAVS 650 E WUX a diesel portable air compressor?

It is identified as a diesel portable air compressor model. Confirm the exact configuration and specifications using the machine’s identification plate and applicable technical documentation.

How can I order compatible spare parts?

Provide the full model designation and serial number, together with the part number or a description of the required component. This helps reduce the risk of ordering an incompatible part.

What are the primary industries using the XAVS 650?

This mid-sized compressor is the industry benchmark for Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD), infrastructure blasting, sandblasting surface preparation, and fiber optic pneumatic cable jetting.

How adjustable is the operating pressure on this machine?

While its optimized rating sits at 14 bar (200 psi), the internal pneumatic regulation system allows fine-tuning down to lower pressures if your current tools demand it.

Can the unit run safely in high-heat outdoor environments?

Yes, the cooling package and top-discharge design allow the compressor to run around the clock in ambient operating temperatures climbing as high as 50°C without risk of overheating.

What are the towing configurations for this unit?

The standard model comes on a highly maneuverable single-axle towable configuration with a tow bar, but it can also be supplied as a skid-mounted block if you intend to permanently install it onto a support truck bed.
